Presenting this beautiful self-catering, well proportioned 3 bedroom accommodation in the heart of the City of Love. Ailesbury home is located in a secured yet highly convenient subdivision, just off the Ninoy Aquino Avenue, 5-8 minutes to SM City and the shopping district of Iloilo City. This same district is located in close proximity to restaurants and night life. It is only 30 minutes from Iloilo International Airport.

This light filled property enjoys a private setting, abundance of space and a wonderful warm atmosphere. It briefly comprises of a most welcoming entrance porch of which an entrance hall, a dual aspect spacious open plan living/dining room, kitchen with side access and a guest toilet. A double bedroom adjacent to the toilet completes the ground level of this charming family Home.
The living room and dining room has accentuated wood furnitures handcrafted locally. The ground floor boost a bespoke embellished staircase that leads to the upper floor.
The kitchen is fitted with tastefully ample wall and floor units. Gracing the natural light are wide bifold doors leading to the side entrance. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances for your convenience during your stay.
The upper level has a generous landing and a two well proportioned bedrooms. The master's bedroom has an ensuite toilet, victorian inspired bath tub and a private balcony perfect for cozy late night star gazing.

The guests has complete access to the entire House. The estate/subdivision also has a shared pool which can also be enjoyed by the guests.

The property also benefits from designated parking space with ample off street visitor parking available.
Other Necessities can be requested for minimal rental price such as steam iron, hair drier, etc.

Ailesbury Holiday Home is in a quiet, beautiful and secured estate yet it is very central. It is of close proximity to Iloilo's largest mall, restaurants and night life. It will only take 5-8 minute drive to SM City Iloilo or Iloilo Festive Mall.

This dream has finally come true and we would like to share it with Guests who wanted to experience a feel of a Home with in the City at a very affordable price. Ailesbury Holiday Home is a Family Holiday Home, it showcases a quiet and beautiful ambiance of a peaceful home in the heart of Iloilo City. It is complete with all basic needs for a perfect accommodation. My brother Roger is the property manager and like us loves to travel and meet people.
