This retreat home is located in the countryside of Kota Kinabalu, only 10-15 minutes away (USD 2/RM 10) from city and 3 minutes (USD 1/RM 4) from KKIA Airport.
A personal home, a gallery, a flower studio and a retreat - you will have access to Kota Kinabalu's countryside, interact and contribute to local communities and learn directly about our culture and heritage.
Recommended for those looking to be away from the city, relaxing and warm retreat, stay in the countryside close to greens.

The amenities in the home is complete including a washing machine, kitchen stove, kettle, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, water filters, towels, iron + iron board, hair dryer, rain shower, free soap, body wash and cutlery. Air conditioner is available in your room and main living area only. Living spaces include an open space dining table for 6 and a relaxing living area. There is a smart television. Books and board games aplenty.
**In light with the recent world situation, and in keeping our environment safe for you and for everyone staying at home, we will need your cooperation to provide us some basic travel declaration and for contact tracing purposes if required.
All information will be kept private and confidential, and in the event these information will be required by authorities, we will reach out to you before hand.

Living spaces include open space dining table, living area and kitchen are accessible 24 hours. Other areas include the ample green space outside the house for parking.

You will be living in the warm countryside, amidst the tropical greens and nature. Please expect lizards, gecko, birds, bird sounds, beetles, millipedes, tiny spiders - they are all harmless! :) Air conditioner is available in your room only.
Some areas of outside the home have leftover construction materials (as shown in picture) but these will not affect any of your entry or deter your stay experience. Please be informed.
Early check in at 10.30am and late check out at 4.00pm is possible. Please let me know in advance.
Since the flower studio is in the house, I may need to access to the house, please take note of my entry, and accessibility. This will be communicated prior to booking/ prior to entering.
For retreat and rehabilitation purposes, my family offers below:
- City / market / cooking tour
They're all to be conducted at our retreat home. Must be requested and arranged in advance. Subject to availability.
Other services include:
- Airport transfer USD 3 / RM 10 per way
These will all be assisted by my local family and friends.

I am the host of our family home and your stay :) I stay just 50 metres away from this home, and in some cases in the same house as you if requested. I run a flower shop studio there, and may need to access the home, if I need to access I will inform you earlier. If I'm not around, I will be staying in my family house just 50 meters away from this home.
For breakfast, there are breads, juices/milk, eggs, butter and jam in the fridge, coffees and teas and instant noodles ramen in the pantry.
Need help? I can be a local concierge as well, which includes to giving you tips and recommendations for your stay here in Kota Kinabalu. If you need me to sort out transfer for you, it is possible as well.
