The townhouse is located at a quite neighborhood in the San Jose area. With only 5 minutes drive you can get to San Jose downtown, San Jose State University, and San Jose International Airport. All major silicon valley companies like Apple, Google, Intel are within 20 minutes driving range. It is conveniently located close to high way 101, 680, 280 and 880. Shopping centers and restaurants are also close by within walking distance.

The house has 4 bed room and 2.5 bath. It is fully renovated in 2018 with brand new appliances.
Room A: upstair office room with a desk, a study couch and a single bed.
Room B: upstair master bedroom with one king size bed. The room has two large closets with wide double sliding doors. It has its own bathroom, a beautiful new dual pane window with view of gorgeous northern California redwood tree.
Room C: upstair bedroom with one queen size bed and beautiful view of northern California redwood tree.
Room D: upstair bedroom with one cozy single size bed and study couch.
Living Room: beautiful spacious living room downstairs offers two full size sofa beds/futons couch for extra people to stay. There is Apple TV there for guest entertainment.
Fully Stocked Kitchen
We have just renovate the Kitchen completely and make sure you have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal. Just bring your food, and we will provide the rest.
- “Dream kitchen” to cook and entertain and being everyone together.
- 1 regular oven.
- 1 microwave.
- Keurig coffee maker.
- Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters and more.
- Enough forks/spoons/knives/plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 10 people).
- Plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes and various of kitchen utensil.
