This lovely renovated house at the heart of our horse stud is located near the natural parc of the Hautes Fagnes, at the highest point of Belgium.

This lovely house is composed of 3 bedrooms:
- Room 1: One double bed
- Room 2: Two single beds
- Room 3: Bunker bed and a double bed
The kitchen is fully furnished with a ceramic glass cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, pierrade, outdoor Weber BBQ and anything you need to make cooking at this place a pleasure!
The cozy living room is equipped with HD TV, Blu-ray reader and a Netflix subscription. On demand , a Wii or X-box 360 video game box is available. A new wifi equipment provides a steady and fast internet connection.
There is a toilet on each floor, a shower on the first floor and a bath on the second floor.
Depending on the weather, garden furniture is provided accordingly.
If you bring your bikes, they can be safely stored in the garage and e-bikes can be recharged for free.
You can also meet our horses under our supervision .
ゲストの立ち入り範囲
The guests are entitled to use the entire house. We have a garden with fences, where guests are allowed to bring their pets on request only , in the summertime. Pets are not allowed in the cold or rainy season.
To ensure safety and hygiene of the premises, pets are not allowed on the second floor or to sit on the chairs and couches of the living room.
Poops must be removed appropriately,including in the garden.

NB: Veuillez noter que le départ est prévu à 10 heures du matin mais s'il n'y a pas de locataires suivants, vous pouvez rester jusqu'à l'après-midi sans problème.
NB : Please note that the departure is scheduled at 10 am but if there are no following renters, you can stay until the afternoon .

Our typical farm house is located in a small and quiet village, at the end of a street, surrounded by nature. Ask Vanessa to present you her cherished horses ! Nearby are the Reinhardstein medieval castle, Robertville and Butgenbach lakes and the Natural reserve of the Hautes Fagnes, peaking at 694 metres, a favourite of backpackers and nature lovers. When enough snow is present in the winter, numerous cross-country ski trails and even alpine ski slopes surround the area .The legendary F1 circuit of Spa-Francorchamps is 15 km away.
