Beautifully spacious remodeled, third/top floor condo with panoramic ocean view over the 18th fairway! This spacious interior features quality furnishings with fully equipped kitchen. Stocked with all the homey things we all use. Master bedroom has freezing A/C unit, designer Queen bed, large TV, and 2 glass sliding doors leading out to large lanai. Kitchen has ceiling fan and top of line appliances. The large Living room has built-in Koa entertainment center with cathedral ceilings.

HOUSE RULES (Condensed Version)
Common Areas, Entrances and Lanais
1 No laundry shall be hung or dried on lanais or walkways. THIS APPLIES ESPECIALLY TO SWIMMING APPAREL AND TOWELS.
2 Parking lots are not to be used for recreational purposes for safety reasons. This includes bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, Frisbee’s, power toys, etc.
3 No obstructive objects shall be allowed on unit walkways or lanais. This includes bikes, baby strollers, kayaks, surfboards, etc.
4 Only propane or electric grills are permitted and must be stored on the lanai. No use of charcoal or charcoal lighter fluid is allowed.
5 No objects shall be thrown from any lanai or window.
6 Personal items may not be stored in the breezeways.
7 NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE ON THE GOLF COURSE FOR ANY REASON as it is Private Property
Noise
1 Residents shall not make or permit any disturbing or excessive noise in any part of the project at any time. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
Parking:
1 All vehicles parked at CCV must have current plates and a current safety inspection sticker. Park in the stall assigned to your unit. Oversize vehicles need to be parked in a Visitor spot away from smaller vehicles.
2 If you should have a second vehicle (for longer than 1 night) please do not park in a visitor spot on the south end, but utilize a visitor spot near the office/entrance to CCV. To park elsewhere see the manager.

Pool Area
1 The pool area, including the pool itself, may only be used between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.
2 For hygienic reasons, children who are not toilet trained must wear protective swim wear. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult with swimming ability when using the pool.
3 Running, pushing, screaming, yelling or horseplay of any kind is prohibited.
4 No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area.
5 Any person known to have or suspected of having an infectious disease, suffering from a cough, cold or sores, or wearing bandages, shall be excluded from bathing in the swimming pool.
Tennis Court Rules
1 Tennis court hours are 7:00 A.M. to dark, daily. Tennis shoes only - no black soled shoes allowed.
General
1 Furniture placed in common areas is for use only in those specific areas.
2 No solicitation or canvasing is allowed in the project at any time.
3 Feeding of birds, mongoose, or feral cats is prohibited.
4 If you are a renter, you may not smoke in the unit, on the lanai, or walkway. You must smoke at the DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA JUST NORTH OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE.
5 Violations of house rules may, at the board’s discretion, be subject to a fine of $100/day.
