I'm living in a comfy two-room-flat at the top floor. If u rent my flat, you will have my bedroom. Also you can use my full-equipped kitchen which is combined with the living room and my bathroom. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. There is a wash-machine in the bathroom. You can reach my place easily by public transportation, besides that there are many shopping facilities around. If you wanna relax in the nature, there is a river and a forest only a short walk away.

My flat is in the top floor and it has a rooftop balcony on the backside of the house, so it's very calm and there is a beautiful view over the rooftops to the close forest. You will sleep in my bedroom, there are is one bed and a mattress as you see at the picture. If I'm not out of town, I will sleep on a sleeping couch in the living room and share bathroom and kitchen with you. If you use my kitchen, I expect u to leave it clean like u found it. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine you can use.

The flat is located next to a street with many shopping facilities and public transportation. It's a five minutes walk to the river. There you can walk to the forest or to a park with a big lake.
