Dear Peter, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Indeed, we are located at the East Coast, however we have people rotating and taking care of this type of issues 24/7. In regards to your booking, you booked with us at 11 pm Las Vegas time without confirming that we are able to accommodate you. You also wanted to check-in immediately. We are unable to register you with the hotel that fast, especially at 1 am Eastern time. However, we still had a solution. If you were going to the reception and explaining that you just booked they would have contacted us on our emergency line and provide you with access immediately. For future reference, please make sure you did everything correct on your side before posting a bad, inaccurate review.
