Unfortunately Jim did not direct any of his complaints to me during his stay and therefore I was unable to help him alleviate his concerns. None of my 100's of other guests have ever complained about the fan, wifi or the AC. There is a remote control and a directional vent on the AC which makes it simple to re-direct and control air volume. Additionally there is a dimmer switch on the wall (in addition to a pull toggle on the fan) which will lower the brightness of the lights and the speed of the fan. It is clearly explained in my welcome letter which Jim received. I have an extremely quick response rate to all of my guests as so many of them have pointed out in my reviews. If Jim was having difficulty with the wifi (or fan or AC) he could have texted me and I would have resolved the issue immediately as I have 3 different wifi networks that are available. However, instead of coming to me with any of his issues he went directly to airbnb and demanded a full refund for the nights he had already stayed which I did immediately return to him although he never even gave me the opportunity to rectify the situation for him. Regarding the value, most of my guests are shocked at the low price for this room which includes your own private tiny house, a pool, free access to bikes and beach chairs, all within a few blocks of the beach and dozens of restaurants and shops.
