Prima Court is a Private Apartment. Only 8-10 minutes from town center by car & 10-15 min away from airport. Getting a UBER / GRAB is easy. This apartment has 3 floors. Ground, first and second floor. We are at 1st floor.
There are 4 coffee shops & a minimart located 2 minutes walking distance away. Plenty more at Lintas area (10 minutes walk). Nearest shopping City Mall just 5 min away by car.

Room just been upgraded with new aircond and fast wifi.
KK public transport is NOT good. We have no MRT/LRT/train. Taxi/cab is inconvenient. Only option is to use Grab and it is cheap. Best if you rent a car (we have car rental), its easy to use Google Map / WAZE app to drive around. KK road is best when you can drive yourself. Free to go anywhere anytime. and our place will be perfect if you only need a comfortable & peaceful home to rest after a long day out having fun. :)
Getting around and to airport is very easy. Average GRAB fare from KKIA Airport to our apartment is RM10/trip. Average fare from our apartment to KK Town is RM7/trip.
Please note Living Room and Kitchen are shared spaces. Amenities like Iron, Hair dryer, workspace (living room) and TV are placed at Living Room for sharing. Please return amenities for other Guest's comfort. All bedrooms have air conditioner and private bathroom. and all bathrooms have water heater. Interaction with other guests are encouraged, privacy of other's are to be respected too.
All UBER or Grabcar including taxi can find this apartment easily. Just look for Evergreen Pre School & Child Care Center or Sabah Evangelical Mission Church Kota Kinabalu in Google. Nearest housing is Taman Prima Jaya Kota Kinabalu.

The neighborhood are chinese populated area. The property is consistently maintained by the property manager. There are doctors staying in the other units, because its near their working place. Clean, peaceful and tidy units. You may use all the kitchen appliances at your convenient. Just clean them up after use. We promote green living for our next generation. We would appreciate if our guests can join us in our effort to promote green living by switching off all electrical appliances and water taps whenever they are not in use.
