We are renting our fully furnished, 2nd floor executive condo in Westchase, which features many restaurants and businesses within walking distance. It is well-situated on the west side of Tampa, approximately 30 minutes from the beaches to the West, 20 minutes to downtown and 90 minutes to Orlando (Disney, etc.). It's a top-floor, end-unit with new furniture, full utilities and lots of natural light. There is ample parking. Come enjoy the sunshine!

My family spent several weeks here and enjoyed our stay very much. The place is very clean, comfortable, and in a great community. We'd gladly stay here again.

Russ was a fantastic host. We loved staying in his beautiful home. The best part was how close restaurants are to the house. A short 2 Min walk and you have three or four different places to pick from!
