First of all, we made a big blunder by accepting guests who do not understand the concept of airBnB.
They often complained about the things which are not part of the offered amenities & services.
We have a security guard (not a butler) who takes care of the house. However, they wanted him to do all the cleaning/housekeeping which is unacceptable as it is not part of his job, and they treat him badly.
Upon checking out, we were shocked to see the conditions of our house. Toilet paper littered the floor, they poured liquid soap on the mattresses, floors and tables. Moreover, the AC remote was soaked in water.
However, related to their complain about AC, We have taken immediate action by servicing the AC after they checked out.
