- Lintas area. ie UPPERSTAR, Kedai Kopi Jia Siang, Maybank, RHB Bank, etc.
- Damai area
- Bukit Padang 'Tun Fuad Stephens Park' -the famous jogging track & uphill hiking track also has lake, restaurant, hawker stalls

This place usually feels chill at night bcos its uphill and surrounded with greenery.
This is a non-smoking unit. However for smoker, fret not! Coz there is balcony behind for the guest to smoke while enjoying the greenery view.
Suitable for couples or small groups that need more privacy. Trust that this unit is affordable, comfortable and clean. Feel at home and relaxing with fully-equipped kitchen. Guest(s) are also allowed to cook on their own whenever they want.
And yes! The entire space is all yours upon booking. And not sharing with other guest.
Direction : Once you arrived at the guard house, turn right then go straight. turn left after 2nd block. Its the 1st staircase on Block B.
