Surely paying 500 Rupees more for a tristar hotel would have been convenient, was that the reason for you to book for a day and ask for a better deal for the other days if the room was not sold out? My response to that was if you wanted it you could have booked it online, because i am okay with paying the airbnb fees for so long the money goes directly into bank accounts.
Also, when the AC broke down at night, i did apologize but any person would understand it is an honest coincidental fall out and there is only so much a person can do at night time. That is the difference between staying at a hotel and airbnb guest houses, Airbnb is a community where people welcome you to their homes and not their hotel. sometimes things dont go as planned and that's only humanly possible.
About the bedsheet, i get my sheets and pillow covers washed after every guest checks out, but if hypothetically you did find something that apparently was not clean, why not bring it to my notice then and there so i could see it myself, replace the sheet or offer a quick clean up for the room to your satisfaction.
As for coming to a dark house? The windows in my house (all of them, either face east or west, the living room has almost no curtains, to keep the place well lit and vibrant), You came at 11am, how could any place in the house be possibly dark with barring a single light photon? (Not a little too much ?)
Anyhow, I apologize for your experience, hope you have a better one next time, whereever it is that you make a reservation.
Much Regards to you.
