3 bed 2 bath condo in a gated community steps from Valdosta Mall, plenty of restaurants, grocery store, movie theater and approximately 1 mile from Valdosta State University.
The condo is located in a gated community with access to the use of two pools on the property.
A front porch and a small private balcony just off of the master suit give access to views of beautiful trees and greenery of the complex.

The whole condo is yours to use during your stay. You have access to the two pools on the property.

The nearest pool is just across from the building. There is also a bbq grill that you may use as long as used 10 ft from any building.

The community is gated and you will need to call me to gain access the first time you enter the property. After you enter the condo you will have access to 2 gate passes. When using a pass it should be held up at the left side of your cars’ windshield to get into the gate. The pass takes some getting used to but you can ALWAYS call me if there are any issues.
