First of all, we would like to thank you and your loved one for choosing my place for your Hong Kong trip. And so much appreciated re your review. There are several points in your review that we cannot agree at the moment and feel the need to address here for a correct understanding of the hosting experience my future guests can look forward to while staying at my place.
We have photo proof of the ample spaces that we provide to all guests while they stay here. We make sure to leave plenty of storages for guest usage, there is ONLY one side of the Master bedroom cupboards have been filled up.
2) Workers onsite
a) Curtain Maintenance
There was one curtain rail falling off from the ceiling 2 day before the guests’ arrival, we have no choice but to arrange the curtain maintenance during the guests’ stay in order to provide them a harmless stay. Also, we did give the guests a heads up re this arrangement before their arrival and they were okay with that and even joked on helping us out on picking the colour of the curtain. We would surely push the maintenance after their stay if they let us know their concerns beforehand, but they did not.
b) Aircon Check up
For the aircon check up, we had informed the guests re the check up 2 days before the workers’ arrival, and they did not show any concern re the arrangement as well. Like what we mentioned on 2a) if we happen to know the arrangement will cause concern from the guests’ side, we will certainly rearrangement the check up for sure.
c) Camera Crew
No photoshoot was arranged at anytime while they were. There was nobody else there except my helper during their stay.
3) Helper onsite
We have listed clearly on our listing that my helper will be onsite during guest stay for daily cleaning as well as preparing breakfast. Not only on the listing, we have also sent at least 2 friendly reminder regarding this arrangement to the guest, one before they confirmed the booking and the other one got sent out few days before their check in, and the guests were acknowledged on that. We are quite surprised from hearing this complain, since the guests knew it before their arrival, and most of our guests really enjoyed my helper’s company. They used to find her really helpful and nice!
