All my guest gave us excellent reviews, highlighting the good communication, cleanliness and nice style of this apartment. I also bring attention to maintain my flat to the highest standards, and repair what need to be repaired as soon as it happens.
The cleanliness of the flat is obviously of key importance. It is done carefully after each stay by a specialized company and we always had excellent feedback about it. Of course, it can always happen that some service is not up to someone’s expectation and particular attention is given to the feedback of my hosts. In your case, All in Lyon offered you to reimburse the cleaning fee and also send you a cleaning team free of charge the next day but you refused.
Lastly, after deep investigation in the flat, it has been found no bed bugs, no insect, nothing. Linens, bedding and towels are of the highest quality and taken care by a premium laundry service. I did not get any complain ever from my guests before and after your stay.
