It is located on the ground floor of the residential Stanza Mare, one of the best known projects in the area. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom and a full guest bathroom. Living room with sofa bed. Kitchen fully equipped. Capacity for 6 people. Only 20 km from the international airport of Punta Cana. ACCOMMODATION: The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with a King bed each. 1 bathroom en suite & 1 full guest bathroom. 1 sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped. Bath amenities are provided. Beach towels. Cable TV. Air Conditioner in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans, both in the bedrooms and in the living room. 5 gallon water bottle provided. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment. Free parking. Free loungers on the beach and in the pool. Beach and pool area only for guests and owners. Direct access to the beach. Residential with 24/7 security.
