Hey, I am so sorry that the apartment didn’t meet your expectations.
As far as the location goes, you already have an idea about where the apartment is located even before the booking, if you wanted a place in the city centre you should have booked one accordingly. In my description, if you have read, clearly shows what sort of a surrounding it is in, I am surprised that you expected something else out of it.
At Eight hundred rupees per night per person, I think the apartment is well priced, considering it has newly done bathrooms, newly painted, all the cutlery and pots and pans brand new, equipped kitchen, independent home, a nice garden and a lovely roof top. You do have pictures of the apartment before you book, so you know exactly what you are getting.
I am very disappointed, because I don’t think you understand how your review will effect my business, it’s really not fair, if I lied about the location or put up wrong pictures or if the apartment was in a bad state, not cleaned or if things broke down and I wasn’t there to fix it, your review would make sense, I just feel it’s very insensitive to give a bad review and take away something important for me for no fault of mine or the apartment!
