• Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are not taking reservations from anyone who has been in a hot-spot area within the last 14 days.
• Our accommodations are fully self-contained with no interaction with others.
• Social distancing is strictly adhered too.
• The accommodation is thoroughly and rigorously cleaned with antiseptic cleaning solutions as per the NSW Government COVID-19 cleaning recommendations.
• All linens are washed at high temperature, sun-dried and then dried in a hot dryer.
Please note that the base price is for 2 rooms with up to 4 people. If you only require 1 room with 1 bed please contact us for details.

We moved to Ulmarra a few years ago from the lower Blue mountains near Sydney. We have always enjoyed having friends and family stay with us so have expanded this to allow others from around the world stay with us. We provide two separate, private, self-contained apartments in the village centre of Ulmarra, close to all amenities. Our motto at Village Stays is "Live Like A Local".
