If you will recall your booking Ms.Joy you were booked thru Airbnb March 23-26.But you were cancelling it less than 7 days before your arrival to shorten it .It is written in the strict policy regarding the rebooking and cancellation .Considering you didnt register your 2nd guest thru Airbnb despite telling you to register her.And you were asking for the refund for not booking of the March 26. That is not possible.That’s why we suggested instead of refunding it,we generously didn't ask anymore of payment for your extra guest even though we approved on that day you can leave on the 25th. We agreed on the offset on the day of your arrival .Also you were requesting of early check in of 9am which was supposed to be 2-10 pm and early check out within an hour supposed to be 12 noon but because your friends were there already that’s why you wanted to leave at 10 am while my assistant was on her way there before 11am and that was Sunday !
The issue of not good sheets and
not clean were not true ..We knew already that you were arriving so we made it sure that it was clean and tidy .Actually the first time you arrive you quote, “Ang ganda at ang laki.” Our communication was good .If you are not booked thru Airbnb , hidden talaga ang details.Actually you were different,you just wanted your way not following the rules and orders of our unit.It is also written in amenities that we dont have wifi.You should have read that.In the hotel accomodation,you can not communicate in every detail that you wanted to change ..You are aware of that!We tried to be resfectful and courteous as we are with you.Please dont be thinking so highly about yourself that you were actually raising your voice to my assistant.You should respect them even though they are not rich as you are.You are still a Filipino .
