This appealing four bedroom beach house with water views is situated just 400m from Ventnor beach, and is the ideal holiday location for families, surfers and fishermen alike.

** COVID Cancellations/Changes **

We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.

** About the home **

"Beulah" is a two-story home, with lovely views over farmland and water, across to Cape Schanck, and very close to Ventnor beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Downstairs you will find bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 (all with BIR), a large bathroom (with free standing bath, shower and a double vanity), a laundry and a separate toilet. The second living space is also downstairs with a pool table.

Upstairs is the large open plan kitchen, dining/living room (with smart TV, sound bar, CD and DVD player) which provides access to two large balconies (one North, one the other South facing). Bedroom 3 (with BIR), a second bathroom (with shower and a separate toilet) are also on this floor.

** Outdoor Areas **

Both balconies upstairs offer outdoor sitting, suitable for having a cup of tea or coffee. The enclosed front and back yard are perfect for the kids, and there’s a swing for little ones in the side yard. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor seating downstairs plus a hot and cold outdoor shower. There are two adult bikes (with helmets, pump and tyre repair kit) stored in the shed. Ample parking is provided with off-street parking in the huge driveway for several vehicles, including a boat, and the Cowes boat ramp is within an easy 10-minute drive.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville Infuser coffee machine (requires expresso machine ground coffee), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic stove as well as the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

Heating and cooling are all taken care of with a wall-mounted reverse cycle A/C in the living area, plus one portable oil heater in each bedroom. There is also a ceiling fan in the living area upstairs, as well as one stand-alone fan in each bedroom.

** Bedding Configuration **

"Beulah" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Double bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two single beds
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One set of single bunks (plus a trundle bed suitable for a child)

** Linen **

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

** Peak Periods **

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies **

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
