This incredible newly furnished modern apartment is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms (1 single and 1 double bedroom) and 1 family bathroom with Fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and 32 inch smart TV on the wall. This bedroom over looks large the gorgeous secluded garden. The second bedroom has a single bed, beside table, wardrobe and 32 inch smart TV on the wall. The living room also opens up onto the large patio which creates a lovely open and light feel to the apartment.

We also have 2 other apartments in the same building, all three apartments can accommodate 10 guests in total. Together you could hire all three apartments with a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 9 guests.

This fabulous apartment is situated within the prestigious suburb of Mossley Hill, Liverpool, only 0.5 miles from the tourist landmark, Penny Lane - the street well known worldwide for being in The Beatles' hit song. This area is lively, yet secluded, with independent businesses lining the streets with wonderful bars restaurants and shops. It was home to many famous celebrities: John Lennon, George Harrison, Peter Sissons and Kim Cattrall for those of you that are Sex and the City fans.

This beautiful suburb is bordered by Greenbank Park and Sefton Park, with acres and acres of land and lakes. Sefton Park is on the door step of this apartment and this is a Grade I listed park by English Heritage, the magnificent 235 acre park features a boating lake, replica statues of Eros and Peter Pan, a café and a beautiful glass-panelled building.

Historically, the first Red Cross Military Hospital for US Forces in Great Britain opened in 1918 in Mossley Hill, seconds away from this apartment. It was ideally located as it was just minutes from the docks where soldiers would be transported to and from the battlefield via boat. At present, this area is still home to a few top hospitals, the Mossley Hill Hospital, Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, The Spire Hospital and some top end nursing homes. Liverpool centre is only 3 miles from this apartment and is key to all the history and culture of England. It has unique attractions, exciting events, world class sport offerings, unrivalled musical heritage, museums, cathedrals and churches to visit and explore.

Liverpool ONE is home to the full spectrum of shops, including department stores like John Lewis and Debenhams, also adventure golf, Odeon cinema and lots of fabulous restaurants. The apartment is in a great location for Aintree, Liverpool Cathedral, Albert Docks, The Cavern Club, the Beatles Story, Anfield football stadium, Everton football stadium, local golf clubs such as the Allerton Manor Golf Club and even the world renowned Birkdale golf course.

The space

The apartment is located amongst all required amenities. The large living space with an open plan living room and dining area is the perfect room to eat, drink and laugh together. The kitchen is slightly sectioned off the living room. The big comfy sofa and large 39 inch smart TV on the wall is very cosy.

This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.

We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay.

Access

There is a code for the secure gated car park for entrance onto the site. We will provide instructions of access once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.

Contact with your host

Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc. 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.

The neighbourhood

This amazing apartment is located 10 minutes’ drive from the heart of Liverpool City Centre and is situated overlooking the River Mersey with spectacular views. It is in amongst bars, shops and if you like to gamble, it is a stone’s throw away from the casino. Getting around We have 3 car spaces in the secure gated car park situated at the front of the building which is £5 per day per space, payment is to be paid via our website. Also public transport is on the doorstep of this building. Other things to note The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small secure luxury apartment block. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a large open plan Kitchen / living room with comfy sofas and a plasma TV on the wall. This brand new apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer.
