This charming apartment occupies the 2nd floor of a beautiful Victorian duplex and is steps from King street, Queen West and Trinity Bellwoods. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room and bedroom, each with ample light and 11ft ceilings. The living room has a record player and records for you to enjoy while lounging on the couch with a coffee or a cocktail. The location is very central and is nested deep in the city, yet is quiet and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhoods have amazing restaurants, shops and galleries and are all within a 10 minute walk. Should you choose to go further afield the Bathurst and King streetcars are steps away, and the subway only a short walk.
I have a full eat-in kitchen including pots, pans and mixing bowls, as well as a blender, however there is no dishwasher. There is a compact bathroom with a tub, that looks small but is surprisingly not, and fits me very comfortably.
The living room is spacious and filled with light and art almost exclusively created by friends of mine. There is high-speed wi-fi available, however there is no TV but there is a record player with several dozen records for your listening pleasure.
The bedroom has a queen bed that is extremely comfortable and space to lounge and get ready for your day. Again, like the other rooms, the bedroom is filled with light.
There are AMAZING coffee shops near by:
-Thor (Niagara & Bathurst) - is a quick hop across the road
-The White Squirrel ( Walnut & Queen) - is a 10 minute walk, and like Thor has delicious coffee and a welcoming environment..

-Jacob's & Co Steakhouse
