It's very disappointing that you didn't inform us that people were banging on the door. This is totally unacceptable, and an isolated incident as none of our previous guests had this problem. If you informed us that time, then we could've addressed the issue with the culprit. Unfortunately we're not in control of people's behaviour. I was under the impression that the issue was resolved after your initial complaint to us, as you didn't notify us that you still had an issue with the parking. We got to know about this after you lodged a complaint with the resolution centre, hence we gave you a refund. As for your comments about the maintenance that's required, I strongly disagree with you as we do running maintenance as and when required. Once again, when I checked up on you after you checked in, you didn't raise any concerns about the place. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused to you, as we didn't have any of this issues before. It is however very concerning that you would paint such a bad picture of our place, and yet you didn't give us the opportunity at the time to address your issues. We'll take it as constructive criticism. We did get very positive reviews from previous guests, and this will always make us strive to make our guests feel comfortable and at home.
