Our large and very bright penthouse (250 sqm) is especially suitable for 1-2 families or couples who jointly want to discover Berlin. The flat has a very beautyfull roof garden with a view to Fernsehturm and Mitte. The flat is on top of a house with a lot of families and a small kindergarden. Despite being in the middle of hippster Prenzlauer Berg the flat is extremly calm due to its location at the end of a residential dead end road. We do care and apply a special antiviral infection policy.

Since we only rent the flat while we are away, you are very welcome to use all rooms and unlocked facilities.
We would appreciate guests who treat our home and its belongings just as if it was their own. Children are welcome to use all toys.

We care about you. This is why we apply a special disinfection policy due to the corona crisis. The entire apartment is cleaned with antiviral disinfectant after each stay. We can therefore only offer stays of 5 days or more at the moment.
The city of Berlin obliges us to charge a 5 % lokal tax, which we will have to transfer to the local authorities. This tax has to be paid on top of the amount we charge for the respective booking. The booking fee Airbnb is charging you is not subject to this tax.

We live very centrally directly next to a large playground area and Mauetpark. Mauerpark is one of the coolest parks in town with a regular flea market and a lot of performances of small artists. Prenzlauer Berg is family friendly area with beautyful little shops and good restraunts and bars.
