I appreciate your positive feedback about our property and thanks very much for your time to review.
We do take pride in catering to our guests' needs the best way we can and I feel sorry to hear of issues which stressed you up, like the in-resort communication ones.
I have checked all of our correspondence and I could clearly see that all of your queries were answered promptly and immediately. The only messages with a later response were the ones sent on your last evening, as this was a Sunday evening and our office was closed at that time.
Although they were checked once received, they were considered as not as an urgent and for this reason our response was sent next day in the morning. I am really sorry if this was an issue for you.
I am happy though to know that your holiday in total was a success.
