Perfect space for business professionals wanting the luxury of home with all the amenities! We put a lot of time, effort and love into this private guest suite in the lower level of our home. We personally work very hard to ensure the home is perfectly clean and exceptional for each and every single one of our guests. This is the lower level of a personal home complete with private bedroom, living area, bathroom. You will enter into the main home the first time to access and then use back exit.

Make yourself at home in this adorable fully finished and beautifully decorated private lower level of a home with over 800 square feet of private luxury to enjoy. It comes complete with a private bar area including a mini fridge, a Keurig, pods and snacks for you to enjoy. Feel free to cuddle up and watch a movie in the cozy family room with fireplace and 65" SmartTV. The bedroom is right off the living area complete with a rustic barn door.

Just outside is a private patio where you can enjoy a fire in the fire pit if you choose.

We have 2 kids that will also just be upstairs. This is not a home for parties or those wanting to get wild. This is a quiet residential home in a beautiful neighborhood.
