The better way to improve our service is to take into consideration the remarks of the former guests, and we highly appreciate visitors who give us recommendations in this way.
For example, on this base, we have just realized last Sunday a revision and an update of the individual hot water boiler (that is name here in Israel the “doud”), as the existing system was still perfectible. And it’s a great incentive to read your positive comments and your evaluation, Spencer.
As far of today, we didn’t provide soap, shampoo and shower gel, as most of people prefer to use their own ones. But we didn’t answer that “we are not bed and breakfast”, we answered that “We don't provide shampoo and shower gel on a regular basis in b&b” (in comparison to an Hotel service). Starting July 2018, soap will be included as basic equipments in the airbnb referential (shampoo and shower gel still optional), so of course we will follow the trend (and include things which are necessary, according to the demand of the customers, or to standard of airbnb).
Regarding toilet paper roll, it’s not really fair to write that “[You] have to beg kindly and the host hesitantly provided the rolls that were locked somewhere in the apartment.” We received your phone call around 9:00 PM, and we had to check with the cleaning man and obtain the code of the locked cabinet with all our stock, code that we provide to you approximately 20 mn after. We will try to do faster next time, and also to better adapt the quantities to the needs.
We have immediately informed the cleaning man about your remarks, and will follow this point with attention in the future.
And to finish, what a pity that you didn’t ask us about curtains/drapes, as the flat is fully equipped with wholly occlusive electrical curtains! May be should we add this to the notice about all equipments of the apartment.
But very good to know that you have really appreciated your stay.
