Charm & character fill this 113-year-old restored heritage cottage named the Intermezzo. It’s just a short walk to the beach, tennis courts & Marina. This spacious 2000 sqft cottage is decorated with modern shabby beach decor. It has 5 bedrooms, hotel luxury beds, fine linens and comfortably sleeps 15. With vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, original French windows, a lovely screened in porch, 2 decks & a cozy sunroom. Perfect for entertaining a large group, corporate retreat or family gathering.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, just down the block to the local beach, Tennis courts and Marina. We are short walk, bike ride or drive to Winnipeg Beach Provincial Park and all the shops and restaurants in town. We are located two blocks down from a Burger shop and a Convenience store.

The Host will meet and greet the Guest(s) and do a short home tour. The host or a maintenance man will be coming once or twice a week to water the flowers and mow the lawn, no notification will be given.
