I appreciate your feedback about our property and thanks very much for your time to review.
We do take pride in catering to our guests' needs the best way we can and we are sorry to hear of the Wi Fi issue, which was never brought to our attention and neither to the owner's.
It is surprising the matter - though - that none of all the other guests, staying at the same complex on that period, ever reported or complained of such an inconvenience. I am sorry for any discomfort and for been unable to assist
