This beautiful community is conveniently located off the NEW 100th Street exit on I-35. Close to Pioneer, John Deere & Rain and Hail. Several high-end features such as lower height quartz counters, subway tile backsplash & full-size washer/dryer. The decor is simple but will make you feel right at home. The location is close to restaurants (sit down or fast dining), entertainment (movies, sporting events) and shopping (Target is less than 5 minutes away).

The space is designed for guests in mind. Small entry closet for your coat, bag, etc. which leads into the kitchen. Plenty of counter space for preparing meals with the basic cooking essentials at your fingertips. Complimentary coffee is included; Keurig with pods! The raised bar offers seating for work, meals, etc. which flows into the living room. The living room is cozy with a smart TV and a slider that opens to the patio. Down the hall, you'll find the washer/dryer and all necessary laundry supplies. A full bathroom is located directly across the hall from the smaller bedroom. The master bedroom is large, spacious and has it's own bathroom with shower.

You will have access to the entire apartment as well as the fitness center located adjacent to the building in the clubhouse. The fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals and free weights.

Johnston is a community located just north of the Des Moines metro. Located right off in the interstate, getting to anywhere in Des Moines is easy. This community is built adjacent to schools and a townhome community, off a busy street which minimizes noise.
