BULA we wish to share our home with guests wanting to discover Fiji on a budget and see and experience Fiji through the eyes of a local. Our 3 bedroom home is nestled between mango, avocado and coconut trees. We welcome solo travellers wanting a bit of R&R and experience living with locals. In terms of the local cuisine we love our greens and home cooked meals. Fresh local fruits and Fiji's famous long loaf is a must for breakfast - come you will simply love it!

Our home is spacious with heaps of outdoor space. You wake to the sounds of birds chirping with a cool morning breeze. It is a quite neighborhood and ideal for a single traveller who wants to experience living in the islands.
You can do the Sabeto Mud Baths and Garden of the Sleeping Giants. You can also do day trips to the islands such as Bounty Island, Beachcomber or Malamala for a day on the beach, snorkelling etc.
Local shops, supermarkets and Restaurants 5-7 mins away by bus. Bus tokens at $2-$5

We recently moved in a year ago after doing major repairs. However, we are still renovating with minor repairs/improvements and adding additional space such as the outdoor front patio and the back summer house.

Basically my neighbours mind their own business. However, we get an occasional request to pick mangoes during the mango season or we're always giving away fallen coconuts. Whenever the avocado tree bears fruits this is usually shared amongst the neighbours!

I love to travel and read whenever I pick up a good Danielle Steel, Robert Ludlum or Tom Clancy book. My daughter and I share the same interests such as travelling and listerning to pop music. Food we love our greens and have home cooked meals. I have always hosted family and friends because we're so close to the airport however this is my first on Air BnB. I love living a simple life with no complications. I am a 'stay home mum' enjoying what life has to offer - with a little bit of love it goes a long way that's my motto!.

My daughter and I recently moved into our home a year ago. We ocassionally have our 'bubu' (houselady) stay with us to clean cook and basically take care of the property if we're travelling. We will only be too happy to assist and direct you throughout your stay.
