This wonderful 3 level open plan spacious house is situated on one of Mexico's best and safest beaches. Set in large grounds with palm trees and tropical plants which humming birds and butterflies love, it is securely walled and gated. It is in the heart of the small town adjacent to the central plaza and steps away from the beach and all amenities such as mini-supermarkets and seafood restaurants and taco stands.

The laid back fishing village of Perula nestles on Chamela Bay and is 3 Kms off highway 200 on paved secondary road 542. You exit 200 at Km marker 73. It is a 2 hour drive south of Puerto Vallarta and 1.5 hours north of Manzanillo airport. If you don't have a rental car, there are taxis available. Best prices are when they are pre-arranged locally in advance. Ask your host for advice. Cost of around $75. For the more adventurous and/or budget conscious a bus service runs along 200 regularly.

For peace of mind, there is a clinic in town (donations for services) and a pharmacy
