The newly renovated "pinterest" Casita at the Manor House is the perfect place to stay if you're going to watch a game, concert or event at Univ of Phoenix Stadium, Gila River Arena or looking for a more permanent snow bird home base. If you are more interested in shopping than sports try out Tanger Outlets or Cabelas, which are both nearby. In addition, there are miles of bike and walking paths along the nearby canal to take in the Phoenix scenery. We eagerly look forward to your stay.
Each well appointed bedroom contains a bed, closet, chest of drawers and HDTV. One room contains a sofa, the other a small desk and chair. The kitchen includes fridge, freezer, cooking appliances and a table with two chairs. The bathroom is located in the hall between the two rooms. The Casita has super fast wifi and a desk, which is perfect for the business traveller.
You will have the entire use of the Casita during your stay with us. Additionally, it has a citrus grove outside and patio to enjoy the beautiful Phoenix weather.
Pool, Grill, Laundry and Ice Machine by arrangement with host. Garage parking available for additional 20.00/night.
If you are looking for a place to park your RV for a few days we can accommodate that as well.
Helen and Jason live on site and are happy to chat, but will respect your privacy to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Phoenix.
We love traveling! In our own experience AirBnb has allowed us to meet wonderful and interesting people all over the world. These personal experiences encouraged us to start our own AirBnb.
Our property was originally built between 1986-87. Over the last 30 years the previous owners added a studio, pool and casita, but like a lot of other properties built during this time they lacked a coherent design philosophy with elegant touches down to the smallest details. We elected to take a Spanish Colonial them as this best fit the exterior of the house. Using this as our guide we put in solid hardwood floors in formal areas and bedrooms. High traffic areas received brick floors for their durability. In the main kitchen we continued the brick theme with brick walls, backsplash and end caps on the island. Although we are not complete with the remodel we are happy to share our experience with you.
We look forward to your stay.
