This three-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd flr of a house located five min from downtown Buffalo, the US-Canada Border, the Convention Center; eight min from the Buffalo Medical Campus; 10 min from Hockey Arena, and 25 min from Niagara Falls. This Victorian-style home built in 1900 is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. A strong WiFi signal makes it perfect for visitors and working professionals. Because of D'Youville College our neighborhood is unique. During the school year, one can hear different languages spoken by students from all over. Although classes have resumed, the area is still pretty quiet. Most of the people circulating the area are usually college staff, faculty, students, and security personnel. For security reasons, the college has their cameras monitoring the comings and goings in the area at all times.
