Interesting comments since Morgan never stayed at the property Aug 28 - Aug 30, 2018 and doesn't work for the company . Morgan set up the reservations for her previous employer. When she initially set up this reservation she never indicated her intentions. This is the communication we had during her company stay:

House: Patio glass installed and noticed return filter on the floor. Replaced filter. AC temp was set to low 70s. Temp in the House was 78. Turned up to 84 since no one is home. AC tracked to 83. Seems like it is working fine but I'll call AC company to check. Aug 29, 2018

Our issue with Morgan's feedback and rating is unwarranted. Morgan wasn't honest with the booking. The property should have been booked by the company or a direct authorized person of the company so the company is responsible and accountable if any issues arise. We were at the house to install the new patio window, we found the return vent opened and filter laying on the floor and AC set to 72 degrees; 78 inside with no one there. We replaced the filter and closed the vent. Same day, Morgan stated the guest staying at the house had issues with the a/c. We requested a/c service from our warranty company and the earliest an a/c repairman could service the unit was the next day at 7 am Aug 30, 2018. Repairman found low freon and added 1lb.
Morgan's Private Feedback: If you don't want corp's groups staying at your place, don't accept their requests. August 2018
House response: Next time be honest about your intentions and that you will not be staying at the property. Guest didn't follow "simple" instructions on departing the property - raising the AC to 87 degrees and placing all dirty laundry in the laundry room. Found dirty laundry throughout the house and a/c at 70 degrees. Guess the a/c wasn't working?
