A peaceful hideaway located only a short walk away to Lorenzen Bay & Cox Bay. This is a self contained studio unit on the lower level of the main house. It has two private entrances and is warm in winter & cool in summer. Our studio offers everything you need from a King posturpedic bed, single loft bed & sofa bed, a kitchenette & bathroom. Sky tv with movie , board games, wi fi,netflix. We provide our guests with the use of two kayaks & body boards. Car space included.

A unique and spacious STUDIO unit nestled between the trees with a view of lorenzen bay. A private yet convenient location only a few minutes drive to town or a 2km walk if you like to explore the local community. This is a self contained downstairs unit that has its own entry point seperate to the 2 levels above this unit. There are 2 balconies for exclusive use. We have a small gas bbq available for use as well as an outdoor table and chairs.

A king size bed (posturpedic ), a loft style day bed located in the loft space behind the super king bed (you can sleep here as there is a single bed in the loft if you don't mind climbing a small loft ladder) and 2 x single sofa beds are available in this studio. There is also an extra single fold out bed available on request. It has its own bathroom and a kitchenette with microwave, bench top oven, 1 element plug in stove top cooker, bar fridge and other kitchen accessories. Linen and towels provided as well as the basic necessities. Sky TV and netflix etc provided.
All bookings may also request exclusive use of the cinema room for 2 hrs during your stay. Includes apple tv for netflix etc. This is located seperate to the main house and unit in the triple garage.
LGBTI friendly space.
3 minute walk to Lorenzen Bay and Cox Bay. Great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or just relaxing in the sun. Please note that orca whales can be seen around the Bays at different times of the year.
We may allow small dogs but please enquire.

For those unable to walk up the drive or upstairs, just let us know so we can offer a parking spot at the top of the drive so you only have to walk down a slight slope to get from your car to the apartments front balcony and door.
We do not provide washing facilities e.g, washing machine or dryer however there is a laundry mat located in town which is open from 7am-7pm
We do have a clothes drying rack to dry towels and swimmers etc

A few minutes walk to Lorenzen Bay. There are 2 swimming spots that are t overly crowded located within a 5 minute walk. A friendly and welcoming neighbourhood. Don't be surprised if you strike up a random conversation or 2 with the neighbours.
If you are into fishing, there are many great spots around. My hubby will be more than happy to point out some good spots if needed.

My Husband and I have lived in Raglan for 4 years now. We moved back after a short World trip (well lots of places anyway and definitely not a long enough trip haha) after living in Sydney for years to be closer to family and this beautiful town. We are both in our early 30's and we look after our 16 year old niece who attends Raglans local high school. We love the water and most things associated with the sea and we love to laugh :) We are open minded, care free and friendly. We welcome all walks of life. This is an LGBTI friendly space.

My husband Koebe and I bought this beautiful home a couple of years ago . We returned here to be nearer to family. We work locally and really love living in this beautiful and welcoming community.
