The home is comfortable and beautiful. It is 1834 sq ft and has something for every style. Head wood floors Remodeled kitchen with high-end appliances, basement with gas fireplace, Seasonal pool and beautiful landscaping. Walk to coffee, bakery, restaurants, liquor store, grocery store, yoga, more.
The pool is generally open from mid-May to mid-September.
A charmingly warm house, ready to accommodate 1 happy folks in their one upstairs bedrooms. Very warm in the winter, and nice and cool in the summer.
The in-ground pool will be closed on September 10th.
There is an in-ground pool in the backyard, so parents must always be present when children are outside.
Convenient to both downtown Mpls and St. Paul and within walking distance to restaurants, parks, shops. Easy access to freeways. Only 20 minutes from Mall of America, Sports Stadiums, the University of MN.
The entire home is for your use, except that i will be in the basement which can be accessible as needed .

NO PARTIES. Quiet after 10pm. This is an absolute. Please be considerate of the neighbors. Noise complaints, no matter what time of day are taken very seriously. Complaints from more than one neighbor will result in forfeiture of DAMAGE deposit with extreme cases resulting in removal from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed.

This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. Minimum stay is two consecutive nights. The maximum number of guests in this house under the normal rental agreement s limited to SIX (6) persons. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in excess of six (6) will be assessed unless you’ve made prior arrangements with us.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT – A damage deposit of $300 is required. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, unauthorized pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. No excessive utility usage (may be subject to a utility surcharge).
d. All keys are returned.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. No unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
h. No excessive noise complaints are made during your stay.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPER SERVICE – Linens, pool towels and bath towels will be onsite for your use during your stay.
RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice but will not change once deposit has been received.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies needs to be finalized in writing.
