Frequently asked questions
Do you have questions? Don’t worry, here are some answers. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
1. What is your address?
Airbnb will send you the exact address once you book the room. For a reference, look up in maps the intersection of "West Craig Place & Grant Ave," that way you can see how close you are to the places you are planning to visit during your trip.
2. May I check-in before 4:00 PM?
To ensure you a great Airbnb experience, I have a cleaning service that gets your private room ready between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, this is why check-in is after 4:00 PM. However, for your convenience, you can stop by, leave your luggage in the living room, and start enjoying the city while your room is getting ready.
3. May I arrive early or late?
Sure! You may arrive as early (see question #2), or late as you need to. The beauty of having a Keypad Lock is that you may come and go as you wish.
4. How do I close the front door?
Do you see a Closed Lock button at the Lock? Push that button. You'll see a red light and that means the door is locked.
Please lock the door when you leave. After you close the door, be sure the door is properly locked.
5. What is the best way to contact you?
The best way to contact me is to text me using the Airbnb chat. You can also call me. If for any reason I can’t answer right away I’ll return your call ASAP.
6. May I park in the driveway / Do you have parking space?
Sure, the driveway can park up to 4 compact cars and the neighborhood is safe so you can park on the street too.
7. How does the self-check-in process work?
The day of your arrival you’ll receive a message in the Airbnb Inbox. That message has all the information you need to access the house including your personal access code for the Keypad for the main entrance, the WI-FI information, and how to find your room.
8. Can I meet you at check-in?
Sure, we can arrange that, send me the request and let’s see if our schedules work out.
9. May I use this or that?
The short answer is yes. You can use anything that is in the common areas, anything in the kitchen to cook or reheat food, and anything in the living room. Please feel free to eat in the dining room or at breakfast bar, and remember you have full access to the laundry room.
10. Where is that thing?
Next to your bed, in a nightstand, you’ll find a house manual. This has been created to help you find the most common things needed in the house like pans and pots, utensils, the iron board, etc.
In all seriousness, I strive to provide the highest level of quality with the most enjoyable Airbnb experience possible, to ensure your trip meets all of your expectations.
I wish you happy travels and please never hesitate to contact me with any questions.
