There is a cal-king size bed in the master bedroom along with plenty of storage space for your needs.
The second bedroom is a trundle bed with 2 twin mattress so it's perfect for 1 person or can be opened to fit 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with what you might need for a simple breakfast to making a full dinner.
Nice quiet outdoor area.
The house is perfect for someone coming in for business or a family needing a place to stay while exploring the San Francisco Bay area. It's a nice quiet space that is relaxing and has what you need for a comfortable stay.
The residential area is very quiet and you have access to the entire house and backyard.
Guests are given their privacy but there is always someone available for any questions or problems.
There is no smoking in or around the house. This is a very quiet residential area and we expect guests to respect the neighbors while you are visiting. The neighbor shares the washer and dryer that is in the backyard so she comes over through the backyard and will do laundry. She will not disturb you but just so you're aware if you see her in the backyard she's just doing laundry.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
I was born and grew up in New Jersey, spent ten years in the Midwest, and finally found my way to the Bay Area of California. I raised four kids (three biological and one homeless child), all of whom grew up and left home, which I always knew would happen, but was still a shock, especially as I was a stay at home dad for many years and raised them. After a career in corporate finance, I became a rare book dealer, and currently have about 15,000 rare (and not so rare) books. No, I have not read all of them. Also, I have been on the Board of Directors of the Jerry Garcia Foundation since their inception...even though I only went to one Grateful Dead concert in my life.
