(Apartment is for 28 days or longer only.) You will have your own private quaint complete one bedroom apartment. This has its own private locked entrance from the outside with a wrapped around front porch. The apartment has 12 foot ceilings with a complete kitchen/living room/bedroom and bath & fully stocked with amenities. You will be responsible for your own garbage removal and laundry and cleaning during your stay. Perfect for Nurses, Contracted worker or any other traveling work.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of our Victorian home this has a full bay window and is very airy and quaint and definitely unique. It is 130 years old it has been updated and maintained but nothing is perfect. Because of the pandemic we are taking ONLY LONG TERM guests at this time. We do not accept children or pets . Social distancing and masks are mandatory. Please have respect for our home and our rules that apply.

You are welcomed to use the wrap around porch or the private back patio. There is NO SMOKING inside , but you can outside preferably out back when weather permits. There is also a laundry room upstairs that you can use.

I have been doing leather work for over 40 years and we have a working art studio in our Victorian Home here in the art district and with appointment you are welcomed to see. We also have two apartments that we rent out upstairs and one of them we now have for your enjoyment .Patty takes care of the home and does organic gardening and perennial gardens around the house..
