I am an adventurer; a visual artist, gardener, cyclist. I'm a creative, independent, resourceful, respectful, capable, fun-loving gal with a pretty good sense of direction. I have traveled a lot on a shoestring and much prefer a travel experience in which I get the opportunity to engage with the locals, either via surfing on a couch, wwoofing, or air bnb-ing.
