We appreciate many reviews from our guests, no matter if they are positive comments or a negative suggestion, which all had supported in our Airbnb business, but we will not tolerate false accusations by someone using very bad words, such as “we stole towels from a hospital”. This said can imply that he has a bad personality and not very professional.
We started our Airbnb business about half a year ago. All the towels and linens were purchased in last July. The Towels were brought from Towel Hub, a website that sells wholesale towels that are used for hotels. It is also good for our Vacation rentals. For the last 6 months we had a very higher book rate, most guests just book one night. We wash the towels and linens almost every day. Although the towels may over washed but most of them are still at good condition for just 6 months of life. Only a few of the towels guests used them for cleaning the floor or shoes, which has a stain on it, and so we threw them away. We will replace those towels with new ones soon.
Our property can park at least three cars; you can either park one car at from garage driveway or there are two car parking spaces at carport in our house back yard. Our street is allowed free parking by the city. There are variety of places you could park for free there. All the parking regulations are listed at our check in list.
Daniel Schwartz asked the question to me regarding “fully stocked kitchen” in our listing, if it means that it includes foods and vegetables etc for them to cook. I replied to him Fully stocked kitchen is mean we provide kitchen supplies like stove, Oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, Toaster, Dishwasher and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, plates and drink glass, which all these appliances make ready for you to prepare food for you, but not including Food and Vegetables. This accommodation availability may not clear on the list or confused to Daniel, which may cause him to have unhappiness.
