Only 45 minutes drive to Vancouver Downtown, 25 minutes to West Vancouver; 10 minutes drive to the town of Squamish, and only 7 minutes away from rock climbing destination of Stawamus Chief.
Free local phone calls and high speed internet are provided. Ample parking in front of the house and at the street.
You will be living in an air-conditioned apartment in a quiet and charming neighbourhood at about 50% discount of the prices of the Vancouver metropolis.
Please note that SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE.
NOTE: Out of the respect for the neighbours, to make sure that no wild parties are taking place, the manager of the house stays in the attic of the house (separate entry) during all rentals.
