Bedroom & bathroom are relativetly new. Clean, quiet, safe environment in a residential area. A few blocks from shopping area, park/walking belt. This home is NOT available for young couples or students. Professionals and responsible adults only. Only guests with good reviews please. Self-Check In.

3. It is not a requirement but we would prefer no shoes inside the house.
4. No long showers & laundry once a week (water is precious).
