The property is accessed via Jolly Sailor Yard, a single track lane, There is no garden but you are just a stone's throw from the quiet East Quay with one of the best views in Norfolk, where you can sit and relax ad while away an hour or two by watching the boats go by!
There is unrestricted parking nearby although not immediately outside the property.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with beautiful sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chips in the area! Wells is full of indepenet shops, restaurants, deli's and cafe's so you certainly won't go hungry! Head to the Albatross Dutch Barge for pancakes for breakfast or call in at Well's Deli or Grey Seal Coffee House for an early morning pick-me-up! Bicycle hire is available on the quayside so you have the opportunity to explore the quiet lines under your own steam! Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Fleece in Wells and of course there is The Victoria at Holkham just a few miles east. Take the little narrow guauge train to the beach where you can while away a day in the sunshine! Why not hire a beach hut to make your stay even more special? If you want to see the seals head to Blakeney or Morston. The whole area is stunning so whether you are exploring by foot, car, bicycle or steam train you will fall in love with North Norfolk that's for sure!
