The flat has 1 bedroom, with 1 semi double bed (1,20 X 2,00 m.). The bed can be enough for 2 people, extra folding bed available in case it is necessary. Linen, blankets, pillows, towels etc. also available. Mount table, suitable for lunch and also working. Closet for visitor’s things. Drawer with extra linen, towels, first aid and other necessary things.
Kitchenette with fridge, electric eyes, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, necessary kitchen equipment. Coffee (French, Greek, Instant), tea, honey, marmalade, toasted bread, butter, flakes and basic cooking elements (oil, herbs etc.) also available.
WC with shower, hot water available through boiler. Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, hand soap, hair dryer also available.
Terrace with tent, table, 2 armchairs, 2 lounge chairs. Plants, herbs, flowers watered automatically too.
Terrace is strongly suggested for breakfast, dinner or drinks with the view of Acropolis, Philopappos’ hill, during day, sunset or under the stars.
The elevator of the house stops at the 5th floor and there are few stairs till flat’s door.
