The cabin offers a Loft-king bedroom with Jacuzzi, queen sofa bed, a fully furnished kitchen, outside grill, Wi-Fi, and more!

On the main level you will find the following:
-Living room with comfortable sitting, a queen sofa bed that can comfortably sleeps two more, flat 55" smart TV with cable tv & Netflix, blue ray DVD player, card games, electric fireplace, rustic yet modern decoration with beautiful log walls (see photos)
-Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and dinnerware needed for a great meal.
-Dining area has a cute small dining table for three, perfect for a romantic dinner or for a glass of wine.
-Full bath (downstairs) has hair dryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and a set of towels (please bring more towels if you feel that you will need more through out your stay).
-Beautiful Spiral Stairs will lead you upstairs to the Loft/master bedroom. Please note there is NO DOOR upstairs. Therefore we advice this cabin is more ideal for two people if you are wanting full privacy.
-Loft Master bedroom provides you with a King size bed, a bed side Jacuzzi for intimate evenings of relaxation, Flat smart TV with cable tv & Netflix, an iron & ironing board, and a half a bath with hair dryer
- The Cabin has a wrap around porch with rocking chairs and a gas grill. It gives you a view of nature and a place to heal and relax.
(PLEASE note we do not have an outdoor Hot tub. We do have an indoor jacuzzi as stated above).
-Our guest have complete access to the cabin (except the door outside to the craw space).
-No need to check in: we will provide you with a key code to access your cabin. No one else will have the door code programmed for your stay which allows you to be able check in at anytime after 4PM.

** Please note that we have an inside Jacuzzi. We do NOT have an outdoor hot tub. Please do not rate us low based on not having a hot tub.
**Most climb the spiral stairs - The loft master bedroom is upstairs and it has a half a bath. Your full bath is located downstairs. The cabin is not suitable for young children do to the height of the stairs and the loft.
** Please be advice there is NO door upstairs the loft/master bedroom for more privacy if you are four at your stay

Because we need ample time to prepare the home for the next rental, late check-outs are not permitted. All guest and all personal possessions must be off the premises no later than 10am the day of departure as the entry code will no longer be valid. Please notify us if you plan to leave prior to your scheduled departure date. There will be an extra charge if you leave after 10 AM.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE CABIN: $500 fee if the smell of cigarette-or any other inhale-able type-smoke inside of cabin at the conclusion of your stay. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. The woods are not appropriate disposal.
*NO PETS ALLOWED: Even though we have two of our own and love pets this cabin does not allow pet(s). $250 will be automatically deducted from your Credit Card if we discover you have pet(s) outside and/or inside the cabin. Any damage caused by the pet(s) will be an additional charge.
ARRIVAL CONDITION: The home is inspected for cleanliness before your arrival. Please report anything that is not in acceptable condition within one hour of your arrival. Anything not reported during that time frame will be deemed acceptable.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL: During your stay, please take your garbage bags down to the community bin. It is located just down the big driveway and to the left, right near the community recreation area.
USE RESTRICTION: Cabin is not to be used for parties in or around the rental property, or in any common areas or facilities, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests (4). Rental of this property is limited to use by family groups. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
WHEN COOKING: Please, make sure to turn ON the microwave fan whenever cooking. This will help keep the logs healthy by reducing humidity.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest bringing pool towels and extra bath towels if you feel you will need more throughout your stay. No towels or linens are to be taken from the property.
ELECTRIC FIREPLACE: From May 1st through October 1st, fireplace heat is closed. However, if you are in for a romantic evening you can turn the fireplace from its remote control on and only the light of the fireplace will be on, no heat for those months.
WATER AND SEWER: The Cabin is on a well and septic systems. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH inappropriate materials. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that inappropriate materials have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages.
INDEMNIFICATION: Owners/Managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities unless such damage is the legal result of negligence or willful misconduct by the owner/manager. Owners/Managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter or their guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters/guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the property owner or representatives of the property owner from all damages, injuries, claims, costs and expenses related to acts, events or omissions occurring in, on or about the property, or arising out of or in any way related to renter's use or occupancy of the property, renter's breach of any term of this Lease, or any work, activity or thing done, permitted or suffered by renter in, on or about the property.
NO ILLEGAL ACTS: Renter will comply with all statutes, ordinances, and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities and all rules and regulations regarding the use of the property. The rental property shall be treated with respect and consideration. Please be aware that some neighbors to this home are renters and some are permanent residents. We ask that the peace and privacy of any of the neighbors to this home be respected at all times. Any violations of the above stated policy could result in eviction from the premises without notice and without refund of any deposits or rents. Any evidence of illegal activity will result in a minimum $500 fine.
**SECURITY CAMERAS: The cabin has exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our cabin. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner`s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. However, please do not get discourage by the cameras. There are no cameras indoors or on the back porch (where rocking chairs are) so that you can enjoy your privacy. The neighborhood is very safe and quite.
WAIVER: Failure of Owner/Manager to enforce any provision of this agreement will not be deemed a waiver.
LEGAL: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of TN. In any action or proceeding involving a dispute between owner and renter arising from this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: Please make sure to follow all Check Out procedures. They will be sent to you prior to departure.
