Our home is very quiet and has large comfortable beds. Open kitchen with centre island and lots of counter space. Our home is very close to a running track, soccer field, tennis courts and swimming pool. Convenient walking distance to almost everything in Selkirk. Parking on private driveway (with cord to plug in). Non-smoking home.

The entertainment system includes a large TV with cable and chrome cast for viewing all your favourite Netflix, and YouTube shows, or stream your Spotify or Apple Music directly to the stereo receiver for great sound. (All connected through the WIFI) The TV and stereo are set up with surround sound speakers and also has two ceiling speakers in the kitchen.

The high school has a newly surfaced running track, soccer field, tennis courts (I have rackets and tennis balls for your use), and a swimming pool in the high school.
