Suite is fully self contained & nice for someone who wants there own privacy at an affordable price. Suites a 1 bedroom but sleeps up to 2 adults cause there is also a couch in living room area. Private entrance & laundry is shared with upstairs tenants. We are new to Airbnb but not new to rentals. We have rented to long term tenants for years but an looking forward to the adventures of short term tenants. We love caring for guests so we feel this is a perfect match.

The suite has a kitchen but does not include a stove but has hot plates as well as a microwave to cook. Suite has 1 separate bedroom, bathroom and large living room. Suite has a private entrance that is not shared with upstairs tenants. Laundry is located near downstairs suite that is just for you but is not shared within your suite. Your suite is fully contained.
Suite comes equipped with a table and chairs, couch and sofa and air mattress for bed. You will be responsible for linings as well as any additional house hold items you may need.

Washer and dryer are for normal clothing use, not for soiled coverall or oilfield clothing. Laundromat is not far (:

Our little suite is a welcoming home for those needing a comfortable place to stay while away from home. Its always been a love of mine to take care of others, want to make sure there experience away from home is a good one. Upstairs in the house is a little toy Shop which is another passion of mine but open only a few days a week . Check it (Email hidden by Airbnb)
